Robert Berner and Brian Grow Win NACA 2008 Media Awards in Portland, OR

Robert Berner and Brian Grow of BusinessWeek were honored with NACA’s 2008 Media Award for "Banks Vs. Consumers, Guess Who Wins," their exceptional expose on the National Arbitration Forum and its active role in denying justice to our nation’s consumers.

NACA also announced the 2008 Member Awards, which honored NACA members Mr. Norman K. K. Lau, and Mr. Steve Gardner. Mr. Lau was named NACA's 2008 Consumer Attorney of the Year, and Mr. Gardner accepted the NACA award for 2008 Consumer Advocate of the Year.

The awards were announced at NACA"s Annual Meeting, October 25, 2008, in Portland, OR.
