Why You Should Attend
In March 2012, 49 state attorneys general and the federal government announced the historic $25 billion National Mortgage Settlement with five major mortgage servicers. The joint state-federal settlement established mandatory national mortgage servicing guidelines for these servicers. How can foreclosure prevention advocates potentially utilize these national servicing guidelines for the benefit of homeowners in distress? Join the discussion on September 25, 2012 at 2 PM EST.
