Patty is responsible for the day-to-day operations at NACA. She handles NACA’s human resources, finances, general administration and contracted IT. Patty works to streamline NACA’s internal processes to maximize resources to support NACA’s mission.
Development and Marketing Director
As NACA’s Development & Marketing Director, Jetheda will work to establish the NACA brand and market the services of NACA members to consumers through both traditional and social media. She will also maintain and improve member benefits, working with members to identify needs and areas where NACA is able to enhance services. She will also work to help grow NACA by seeking out partnering opportunities, identifying alternative sources of funding, and creating opportunities to attract new members.
As NACA’s Legislative Director, Ellen identifies and monitors key legislative issues related to consumer justice and consumer financial services issues, organizes and coordinates NACA’s membership to promote these issues, attends various coalitions with other communities who share our agenda, communicates with members of Congress, and builds Hill and Administration contacts on specific legislative and regulatory issues. The issues that she focuses on include, but are not limited to, homeownership/foreclosure prevention, debt collection, payday lending and ensuring the regulatory implementation of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
